First Consultation

I take full details of your current symptoms, your medical and family history and your dietary and lifestyle habits. It’s one on one and fully confidential.

Afterwards, I will forward you a written nutritional diagnosis along with your personalised diet, supplement and lifestyle prescription. Additionally I offer you reasonable telephone support at no extra charge.

Further follow-up consultations, (usually every 6 weeks), can be arranged to progress your treatment according to your symptom changes.
